  • The venue, Dancing Grounds, is a cozy, renovated house turned dance studio. It has an open front lobby and two studio rooms, both which will be used during this performance.

  • The entrance to Dancing Grounds includes three steps. If these steps are an accessibility barrier for you, please contact the event producer and we will have an access plan for your arrival.

  • There is no florescent lighting. Halogen lights and colored LED lights will be on during the event. The lights will not change or go on or off during the event.

  • Sound levels will be moderate during the performance. There will be no loud noises or loud music. A designated quiet space will be available for anyone to use at any point during the performance.

  • Doors for this event open at 8:30pm on November 13th and 6:30pm on November 14th and 15th. ACT 1, an interactive performance installation, will begin in the Riverside Room when doors open. Audience members are welcome to move through the Riverside Room, the Lobby, or be on the front porch during ACT 1. There is no requirement to interact with anything. You will not be approached by any performers. ACT 1 is a self-guided experience. Some limited seating is available in all of the ACT 1 areas.

  • ACT 2 will be presented in the round; seating is on folding chairs and almost exclusively in the front. Some very limited seating will be available as a second row on one side of the stage. The performer will speak to some audience members in the front row during the performance, but will not touch anyone. If you prefer a second-row seat, please contact the event producer prior to the event, and we will reserve one for you.

  • This is a small and intimate space; attendees will likely be in close proximity to others.
